General Terms and Conditions

2. Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements of Izyclean via the webshop.
3. The Offer
We do our best to describe the offered products as completely and accurately as possible. Obvious mistakes or errors in
the offer are not binding. Images are for illustrative purposes and may differ from reality.
5. Payment
Payment must be made in full and in advance via one of the following payment methods in the check out.
credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, iDEAL, and Google Pay.., The order will only be processed after payment is received.
6. Delivery
We deliver via Bpost, PostNL, DHL, DPD and Others. The expected delivery times are:
- Belgium, Netherlands: 1-2 working days
- Rest of Europe: 3-6 working days
The delivery times are indicative and cannot be considered binding. During peak periods, delivery may take 1 to 2
working days longer. Delays do not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation of the order.
7. Right of Withdrawal / Return Policy
If a return is accepted by Izyclean, the amount to be refunded will be reimbursed within 14 days after approval of the
return via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed. Any original shipping costs are not refunded. Returns
are entirely at the risk and expense of the customer.
As a business customer, you have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt, provided the products are
unused, in original condition and packaging, and not opened or damaged. Return costs are at the customer's expense.
Returns must be reported in advance via email.
8. Warranty
Our products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty as determined by the manufacturer. If a product is defectivewithin this period, we ask you to contact our customer service as soon as possible with a clear description and photos if
possible.
9. Liability
Izyclean is not liable for any indirect damage, consequential damage, or loss of profit. Our liability is always limited to the
amount of the order or what the liability insurance covers.
10. Complaints Procedure
Complaints must be reported in writing within 5 working days after delivery. We aim to handle every complaint within 7
working days.
13. Prices and Shipping Costs
All listed prices are excluding VAT.
The shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery address of the order.
Izyclean reserves the right to make exceptions for exceptionally heavy or bulky shipments, in consultation with the
customer.

14. Use at your own riskThe products must be used according to instructions and with care. IzyClean is not liable for misuse or damage to
materials or health caused by incorrect use.
15. No liability for misuse
The buyer is responsible for complying with local laws regarding the use of cleaning agents.
16. Transport and shipping
Products are packaged according to applicable transport regulations. For products falling under CLP regulation,
IzyClean reserves the right to refuse certain shipments if required by local regulations.
17. Product information
All products are supplied with a product description. Safety data sheets are available on request for professional users.
18. Disclaimer of product effectiveness
IzyClean does not guarantee that a product is suitable for every surface or material. Always test on an inconspicuous area first.
19. European shipping and Customs
We ship throughout Europe. Any customs duties, import fees, or clearance costs are always the responsibility of the buyer.
